Subscriptions & Billing

OENARI subscriptions are handled entirely through the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). OENARI never takes your card details directly — Apple or Google process every payment, and your purchase unlocks your tier in the app.

How to subscribe

Open the app and go to Menu → Manage Subscription, then choose a plan. The purchase is completed through the App Store or Google Play.

Restore a purchase

Reinstalled the app, or switched to a new phone on the same store account?

  1. Open Menu → Manage Subscription.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.

Your active subscription will be re-linked to your account.

Use the same store account

Restoring only works on the same Apple ID or Google account you originally purchased with.

Manage or cancel

Because the store owns the billing relationship, you cancel or change a plan there — not inside OENARI:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → OENARI.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OENARI.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your benefits until the current period ends.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by the store, not by OENARI:


"I paid but I'm still on Free"

Usually this clears on its own within a few minutes. If it doesn't:

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the same OENARI account you purchased on.
  2. Open Menu → Manage Subscription and tap Restore Purchases.
  3. Fully close and reopen the app so it re-checks your status.

Your tier is confirmed by the store and synced to your account; a short delay right after purchasing is normal. If it persists after the steps above, contact us with the email on your account and the store you purchased through.

Downgrades — what happens to my data?

Nothing is ever deleted. If a subscription ends:

  • Your bottles stay — but if you're over a lower tier's limit, you won't be able to add new ones until you're back under it.
  • Tier-only features become hidden or read-only.
  • Premium/Supporter themes revert to the free Archive theme.

Resubscribe and everything returns exactly as it was.

Grandfathered accounts

Early supporters and contributors were granted a permanent tier as a thank-you. If your account is grandfathered, it shows the right tier automatically — there's nothing to purchase, and it won't expire.
