Import from Vivino
Vivino offers a cellar export, though the data is less detailed than CellarTracker's.
Export your cellar
- Open Vivino.com in a desktop browser — the export is not available in the mobile app.
- Click your profile icon (top right) → Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose the option to export your cellar list.
- Vivino e-mails you the file.
What's included
Wine name, producer, region, vintage and your rating. Usually not included: purchase price, exact purchase date, consumption history or storage location.
Import into OENARI
- Menu → Import Wines → Select file and choose the Vivino file, then Continue to column mapping.
- On Map columns, OENARI has already suggested a field for Vivino's
columns —
Winerybecomes Producer, not the wine name. Check that wine name, producer and vintage are right, and set columns you don't need to Skip. - Start Import and review the matches — see How Import Works.
Ratings and notes
Vivino exports your star ratings, not structured tasting notes. Add notes in OENARI afterwards with Taste Wine — or map Vivino's rating column to Notes to keep it as text.
