Getting Started
What does OENARI cost?
OENARI is free to start — you get up to 50 bottles, 1 cellar, 3 storage modules, tasting notes, EAN and label scanning, and more. Supporter ($0.99/month) expands to 300 bottles with advanced features. Premium ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks unlimited bottles and full professional tools. What platforms does OENARI support?
OENARI is available on iOS (iPhone & iPad) and Android. A web app at app.oenari.com is planned for a future release.
Can I import my existing wine collection?
Yes. OENARI supports importing via CSV and Excel — whether you're coming from another cellar app or a spreadsheet. The importer handles encoding differences and intelligently matches wines against the database of 183,000+ wines, including consumed bottles and historical tasting notes. How many wines are in the database?
OENARI's community database contains over 183,000 wines from 31,000+ producers across 59 countries. If a wine isn't in the database, you can create a new entry or enrich an existing one.
Account & Data
Is my data private?
Your cellar and tasting notes are private by default. You control what, if anything, is visible to other users through the Privacy settings in your Profile. Tasting data contributes to anonymous community statistics — individual identities and notes are never exposed without your permission.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. See Account Deletion for details.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your email address, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead — no password is needed.

What is the OP Score?
OP (OENARI Points) is a community-driven wine quality score from 0 to 100. It's calculated from anonymous tasting data contributed by all users. Unlike critic scores, OP reflects the collective taste of real collectors using the app.
How do drinking windows work?
Every bottle can have a drinking window with an optimal start date, peak period, and end date. OENARI tracks these and shows you which wines are ready to drink now, which are still aging, and which need attention. See Drinking Window for the full guide.
What's the difference between Add Wine and Taste Wine?
Add Wine is for bottles you own — it adds the wine to your active collection so you can place it in a cellar slot and track it. Taste Wine is for recording tasting notes on any wine, whether you own it or not. Both are launched from the FAB button.
Can I use OENARI without a physical cellar?
Absolutely. You can add wines to your collection, record tastings, maintain a wishlist, and track your drinking history without setting up a cellar or any storage modules. The cellar system is there when you need it.
