How It Will Work

You select a wine you want to open — maybe a bottle that's entering its peak, or one you've been saving for the right occasion — and OENARI recommends food pairings that bring out the best in it. Suggestions are based on the wine's characteristics: grape varieties, region, style, body, and flavor profile.
