Frequently Asked Questions

Will the free tier always exist? Yes. Free is permanent. We want all collectors to have access to proper cellar management.

What happens if I downgrade? Your data is never deleted. You keep everything you've added — features just become read-only until you re-subscribe.

Are beta testers rewarded? Yes. All users who signed up before tiers are activated receive Supporter for life as a thank-you.

How do I subscribe? Open OENARI and go to Menu → Manage Subscription. Subscriptions are handled through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

How do I cancel? You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Subscriptions.

Can I switch between plans? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
