Receipts & Certificates
Keep proof of purchase and provenance where it belongs: on the bottle. Premium members can attach receipts and certificates to any bottle in their cellar — useful for insurance, resale and simply remembering what you paid and where.

How It Works
- When you add a wine — attach a receipt or certificate on the last step. If you add several bottles at once, the file is stored once and linked to each of them.
- On a bottle you own — open the bottle's Edit screen and use Receipts & certificates.
- Choose Receipt or Certificate, then take a photo with the Camera, pick one from the Gallery, or choose a File. On the web app, you upload from your computer.
- Each bottle keeps its own documents — two bottles of the same wine can carry different receipts. Tap a document to open it, or delete it.
- Documents are stored privately and are only visible to you. If you delete your account, your receipts are deleted with it.
Why It Matters
- Insurance — paired with insurance reports, you have both the valuation and the proof behind it.
- Provenance — certificates of authenticity follow the bottle in your records.
- Your own memory — price, vendor and date, answered instantly years later.
