Create Your Account

Also on the web

You can create your account and sign in at app.oenari.com too — the same account works everywhere. Continue with Google works on the web; Sign in with Apple is available in the iPhone app only.

Getting started with OENARI takes a minute or two. You can sign up with your email address, with your Google account, or — on iPhone — with Apple.

Sign Up with Email

  1. Open OENARI and tap Create account.
  2. Enter your first name, your email and a password.
  3. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Tap Create Account.
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email. Tap the link, then return to the app and log in.

Password requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter and one number. Very common passwords, and passwords known from data breaches, are rejected.

Tip

If you don't see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from noreply@mail.oenari.com. The confirmation screen has a Resend Verification Email button.

Sign Up with Google or Apple

  1. Tap Continue with Google — or, on iPhone, Sign up with Apple.
  2. Choose your account and confirm.
  3. You're in — no email verification needed.

Choose Your Username

After signing up, OENARI asks you to choose a username. Your real name is never shown to anyone. The username only becomes visible to others if you later choose to activate a public profile.

  • 3 to 20 characters
  • Lowercase letters, numbers and underscore only
  • No spaces, capital letters or other special characters

OENARI checks straight away whether the name is available.

Note

The username can't be changed in Account settings afterwards. When you activate a public profile you pick your public handle — see Public Profile & Privacy.

Country & Birth Year

Next, you can set your country and birth year. OENARI is for adults only — you must be 18 or older to use it. Both fields are optional; tap Skip for now to move on, and change them later in your profile settings.

Your Plan

OENARI then shows Your plan: what's included in Free, and what Supporter and Premium add. There is nothing to buy or choose here — every account starts on Free.

  • Free — up to 50 bottles and 3 storage modules
  • Supporter — up to 300 bottles and 5 modules, plus label scanning, food pairing, drinking windows and more
  • Premium — unlimited bottles and modules, and the full toolset

Welcome Guide

A short guide of three slides follows: every bottle has its place, everything is private, and start with the cellar. Tap Skip to leave it, or Create my cellar on the last slide to go straight to creating your first storage module.

You can replay it any time from Profile → Settings → Show introduction. A four-step Getting started overview is under Menu → Getting started.

Trouble Signing In?

  • Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. Enter your email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
  • Haven't verified your email? Log in with your email and password — OENARI takes you to the confirmation screen, where you can resend the verification email.
  • Google or Apple sign-in not working? Make sure you're using the same account you registered with. If you originally signed up with email, use your email and password instead.
